Woman Shows What Happens When You Don’t Cut Your Hair For 23 Years

Meet Angelica Baranova, a real-life Rapunzel from Pokosnoye, Russia, whose hair has never been cut short since she was five. Now 28, her floor-length locks often attract attention, with people stopping her to ask questions and touch her hair. To avoid this, she now covers her hair with scarves when out.

Her parents, believing her thick and healthy hair had great potential, encouraged her to let it grow. Angelica even won the “Russian braid” competition and received an apartment in Moscow as a prize.

To maintain her stunning hair, she simply washes it twice a week, uses coconut or burdock oil, and lets it air dry.
