Jim Jordan Takes Aim at Pelosi

Ohio Representative Jim Jordan is renewing calls for an investigation into former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other figures involved in the January 6 Commission. Jordan argues the inquiry has focused primarily on former President Trump while neglecting other critical aspects. He insists that a deeper probe into Pelosi’s actions before the attack is necessary for transparency.

Jordan also criticized the Commission for being politically motivated, failing to address Pelosi’s role in securing the Capitol and other contributing factors. He believes accountability should apply to all involved, not just political opponents.

Republican efforts are underway to form a new committee, led by House Speaker Mike Johnson, to revisit the investigation. Jordan and others seek to uncover ignored or suppressed information and ensure fairness. Additionally, they have reissued subpoenas in other investigations, highlighting concerns about selective prosecution and a lack of bipartisan accountability.
