White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt clashed with reporters during a gaggle when they loudly shouted questions at Trump administration officials.
Leavitt joined Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff and National Security Advisor Michael Waltz outside the White House to discuss foreign policy. As reporters yelled over them, Leavitt stepped in.
“Guys, please. Let’s act like adults here. They are generously offering their time to answer your questions,” she scolded.

Leavitt made headlines Tuesday, confirming that deportation flights carrying illegal migrants to Guantanamo Bay had begun. Speaking on Fox Business, she emphasized Trump’s commitment to deporting violent illegal aliens.
“He’s no longer going to allow America to be a dumping ground for illegal criminals,” Leavitt said, adding that Venezuela and Colombia had agreed to repatriation flights.
She also responded to New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy walking back his comments about housing an illegal immigrant, warning that the administration would hold Democratic leaders accountable for violating immigration laws.

Leavitt criticized legacy media for mocking Trump and conservatives who suggested COVID-19 originated from a Wuhan lab. Her remarks followed CIA Director John Ratcliffe’s confirmation that intelligence points to the virus leaking from the lab.
Ratcliffe vowed to prioritize transparency, criticizing the CIA for remaining silent on COVID’s origins. “That’s a day-one thing for me,” he said, pledging to ensure the public gets the truth.
